Are all your pieces originals?
Yes, all works are original. Hand-made from reclaimed and found materials. Each listing includes full details about the piece.

Do you offer custom or commissioned pieces?
Not at this time-but feel free to join the email list to hear when new collections are released.

Shipping

How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders ship within 5–10 business days. Originals ship from Ontario, Canada.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I only ship within Canada and the U.S.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes-as soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days and I’ll make it right.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
Send me an email at tanya@tanyalsmithart.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. I’ll take care of it from there.

Gifts & Special Requests

Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Absolutely! Just enter their name and address at checkout. If you'd like to include a note, drop it in the order notes or email me after ordering.
